How to Take Immune12

Because you are introducing something new into your system, initially start by taking 1 packet of Immune12 then slowly increase as tolerated.

  • Days 1 – 4: 1 in am
  • Days 5 – 7: 2 in am, 1 in pm
  • Days 8 +  : 2 in am, 2 in pm

Immune12 is taken orally twice daily in the morning and early evening before 6pm. If you notice you have too much energy at bedtime, take the product 1-2 hours earlier.

  1. When you are ready, remove up to a one-week supply of packets from the freezer and store in the refrigerator.
  2. Place the packets(s) in a mug of warm water and allow it to defrost. You can tell it’s ready when the satchel(s) feels warm, soft, and the packaging gives way to a light pressure.
  3. Hold the satchel by the flat “ear”. Cut open the satchel(s) and pour the contents into a drinking glass. Immune12 will appear chocolate brown in color and should have a light marine scent. You may see some small particles, which is normal.
  4. Next, pour 2 ounces of your favorite fruit juice such as pineapple, apple or cranberry, into the same glass. The juice will mask the mild flavor of the product. You may also mix it with a smoothie or milkshake or any other non-carbonated beverage. You may also take Immune12 without juice if you wish.
  5. Drink the Immune12 and juice mixture. If you can still taste Immune12, use a straw to bypass the taste buds.
